 | Dutch, born in 1965, Henk Olijve, right after studying at the academy of Fine Arts, starts exposing in the main galleries of Holland and in some museums; right now he’s working with the art gallery The Living Room and he’s showing at Kunst Rai of Amsterdam, Art Cologne and Artissima of Turin. His works, quiet often of small size, seem modern comic strips with a strong dramatic accent, made with the traditional oil technique. He’s been working in Italy with Entroterra since 2003. |
